Spotlight Group is seeking a talented Property Management Accountant to provide administrative and accounting support as well as assist with day-to-day tasks and projects, invoice workflows & month-end/year-end accounting procedures, annual property budgets and property outgoings procedures.

What you'll do:
- Oversee the monthly P&L for Australian and NZ properties
- Analyse financial performance and provide insightful commentary
- Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly BAS/GST
- Conduct monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with year-end tenant outgoings and outgoings audits
- Support commercial tendering processes with data and insights
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive change
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
- Demonstrate strong leadership and a commitment to SPG's values
What you'll bring:
- Must have proven experience in property accounting
- Strong knowledge of Australian and NZ tax and compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Yardi preferred)
- Advanced analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and lead team members
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- CA/CPA qualified or in progress
