Anaconda, Australia's leading outdoor adventure retailer, is seeking a talented Retail Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team.
What you will be doing
- Oversee store systems, processes, and customer service.
- Manage IT and POS systems, including Sure-fire upgrades and Intranet maintenance.
- Analyse sales data and generate reports to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate travel, new store openings and communications for the operations team.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and meeting coordination.
- Create and maintain effective communication channels.
What you'll bring
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability, initiative, and a positive attitude.
- Retail experience preferred, knowledge of Anaconda products an advantage.
